Each repair service at NETEFX has an indicated warranty length from 30 days to
Lifetime as shown on the individual repair page that covers the NETEFX
installed part and labor associated with the repair. We treat warranty
claims with the highest priority. If you purchased an item through
NETEFX and it fails under it's warranty period we will resolve the
problem for you.
NETEFX offers three warranty types: No Hassle Repair Warranty, Lifetime Performance Warranty and No Hassle 30 Day Part Warranties described below.
No Hassle Repair Warranty
If your device ( iPod, iPhone, Mac, PC, or game console) has a problem related to a repair performed by NETEFX within the stated warranty period, we want to solve this problem for you. Simply call or email NETEFX, obtain an RMA number and ship the device to NETEFX. Please see our Return Policy for full details on how to return your device to us. Its really that simple.
Performance Warranty
If your repair fails to perform under normal use within the stated warranty period, NETEFX will be here to help resolve the issue. Please contact customer service for assistance. Please see our Return Policy for full details on how to return your device to us.
No Hassle New Part Warranty
NETEFX gives you 30 days to evaluate your parts purchase so you can be assured that you have made the right decision. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the part within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. All return parts must be in new condition and in original packaging. All
adhesive strips must be intact and unused. Protective film(s) must be
intact and not separated from the part(s). Security labels must be intact and not compromised. Please see our Return Policy for full details on how to return your parts to us.
Limited Warranty
Certain parts and repairs have a Limited Warranty. Limited warranties cover only the part that is installed and covers defects in the part caused by improper manufacturing or by improper installation. Limited Warranties have various coverage periods as indicated on the specific repair or part.
All Warranties are void and do not cover damage caused by foreign material such as liquid and or particulates. Warranties are void and do not cover impacts such as drops, scrapes, abrasions, sustained applied force, torque or damage caused by natural disasters.
