At NETEFX customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we treat each iPod as if it was our very own. Upon receipt of your iPod, NETEFX, will visually inspect, photograph and review your iPod and iPod repair order. After successful initial inspection, your iPod will be disassembled by a NETEFX iPod Technician and your ordered part installed. Once your iPod is repaired, passes final inspection and testing it will be photographed, packed and shipped typically within 24 hours of receipt.

In some cases, there are additional internal parts that are broken that are not listed on the repair order. As an example, if the glass panel on your iPod is broken, the underlying frame assembly, home button or LCD may also be broken, but the damage can not be seen until the unit is disassembled and the internal parts viewed. If additional parts are needed, a NETEFX iPod Technician will contact you to discuss your options and to obtain your approval before proceeding with the repair.  Internal broken parts not on the repair order will delay the iPod repair until we have authorization from you to continue with the repair.   Please be sure to monitor your email or phone on the day your iPod arrives at NETEFX so we can minimize delays in returning your iPod to you.
