How do I return an item?

NETEFX Return Policy:

The NETEFX 30-day money back return policy enables you to be confident with your purchase, giving you time to consider your purchasing decision. 

NETEFX's warranty replacement policy provides you peace of mind knowing your purchases are covered during the warranty period.   All new and used parts have minimum warranties of 90 days and may be much longer, up to the life time of the product.   Please check the Warranty section under the individual product description(s) for detailed warranty information on a particular new or used part(s).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in it's original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.  Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS after 30 days and NO REFUNDS on labor, expedited repair fees, shipping kits or shipping charges.  If NETEFX installed a new or used part(s) for you, please refer to your invoice for the warranty period for the installed part(s).

Return for Refund (30 Days):


To return a product to NETEFX, follow this four step process.

        1. Obtain Return Authorization Code. Call 909-356-1161 and request Customer Service.  Ask the Customer Service representative for a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of your shipping container, and also include it inside the package to ensure proper credit is issued.

        2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and documentation. If your item was delivered in sealed retail packaging, then it must be returned in the same condition. Open boxes, damaged items, or return packages that are missing items will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

        3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, you will find your original purchase price of your item. NETEFX recommends that you purchase shippin insurance necessary to cover the original invoice amount.  Insurance will give you the peace of mind that if something should happen to your return during transit, you will be reimbursed by the shipping company. NETEFX takes no responsibility for loss or damage during transit back to us.

        4. Return the Item to NETEFX. Once you've obtained your Return Authorization Number, packaged your item, and have chosen the proper insurance, have it delivered "Signature Required" to:

Receive Your Refund:

Once NETEFX receives your return we will process the credit immediately, and reimbursements will arrive within 15 business days. 


Return for Warranty Repair (90 Days or longer, as stated on product):


To return an item that is malfunctioning after it was repaired, follow this four step process.

        1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code.  Call 909-356-1161 and request Customer Service.  Briefly explain the problem you are having.   A NETEFX Technican may assist you to verify the necessity of a return.  Once a return is deemed warranted, you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of your shipping container, and also include it inside the package to ensure proper credit is issued.

        2. Package Your Return.  Include all original packaging and documentation and a brief explanation of the issue that you are now experiencing.

        3. Insure Your Package.  NETEFX recommends that you purchase the amount of insurance necessary to cover the replacement (retail) cost of the item.  Insurance will give you the peace of mind that if something should happen to your item during transit, you will be reimbursed by the shipping company. NETEFX takes no responsibility for loss or damage during transit back to us.

        4. Return the Item to NETEFX. Once you've obtained your Return Authorization Number, packaged your item, and have chosen the proper insurance, have it delivered "Signature Required" to:

Receive Your Repaired Item Back:

Once NETEFX receives your defective item, it will be expedited through our diagnosis and repair department to  resolve the issue.  We will contact you with our findings.   The NETEFX warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems or parts.  If the problem is isolated to a part or repair that NETEFX has performed, NETEFX will correct the issue, and ship it back to you via ground shipping at no additional cost to you.
